… and learn how you can empower the young girl in your life.

Managing an infertility diagnosis is an isolating and overwhelming experience.

… let’s be honest.

It *&#$(#@* sucks.

I’ve been there and I know just how soul crushing, heart breaking and earth shattering it is.

Not only do you have to navigate the difficulty of not being pregnant yet, but you’re also faced with all of the social and cultural reminders – in the media and in your immediate environment.

The joys of pregnancy, motherhood, and parenting are everywhere, often feeling like a bad slap in the face. And when you can’t put on that happy face, people accuse you of being bitter.

This is not the time to lean on your reproductively healthy mother or the best friend who’s just announced she’s pregnant “by accident”.

I want to work with you – because I know how to navigate the ups and downs of trying to get pregnant from experience, and also have the expertise being a wellness and life coach for women.

Maria O. Quote | Life Evolutions

“After several years of unsuccessful attempts to build our family, I was broken and didn’t know where to turn. I knew I needed to speak with someone as well as try to get some clear direction in my life. I found Melody and she was exactly the person I needed at the exact time I needed someone. She is understanding, sympathetic, a true professional and has become a great friend. I don’t know what or where I would be without her.”

I will bring my heart, soul and experience {and some dark humor perhaps} to help you move gracefully and purposefully through your own journey.

Working together, we create a personalized fertility program that will help you feel:

  • Confident
  • Peaceful
  • Fulfilled

and in control {as possible} while trying to get pregnant.

Together, we will explore:

  • How to mindfully maintain relationships when struggling with infertility so that you don’t lose all your well-meaning friends.
  • How to maintain your social and professional life while undergoing treatments so that you don’t have to explain to the boss what clomid is and why it makes you moodier than a magic eight ball.
  • How to honor yourself by not allowing the journey to define you as less than the perfect and whole woman you are… right now.
  • How to nourish your body and mind through the process so you can still enjoy things like girl’s night out, sex with your husband, and time with your family.

You don’t have to struggle with trying to provide the right answer to people so they don’t feel pity on you… or say something dumb.

You don’t have to suffer in silence, or put on that brave face.

You don’t have to go through this alone anymore.
