Coaching is a collaborative partnering process. As your coach, I will be your supporter, a confidante and a guide. It is my goal to elicit solutions and strategies by encouraging you to tap into your own natural creativity and resourcefulness. I will encourage you to focus on what’s most relevant; design attainable goals; and stay accountable for the steps that you plan to take.
You will define what success looks like. The triumphs of this partnership are very much based on your intent and will to commit to taking the necessary steps to move forward.
