In one-on-one coaching we meet either in person or by telephone on a schedule that fits for you. Whether it is weekly or bi-weekly, we will focus on your personal objectives and what is important to you.
I will listen carefully for both what you are saying and are not saying, ask exploratory and focused questions, offer reflections, tools, encouragement, and acknowledgement. Together, we will create an action plan that will support you in moving forward with your goals.
You will leave each session with a deeper understanding of your current situation. You will also be given specific and measurable action steps to take before our next session. In between sessions, It is my goal to help you to stay accountable to your commitments and to yourself.
You may use the coaching sessions in any way that serves you best. Each program is customized for my client’s needs based on past history, experience, current goals and other factors. I will customize a program that will best meet your needs in an ongoing co-creative partnership with you.
Group coaching services are an excellent way to connect with others who are undergoing similar challenges and experiences.
Groups are usually conducted through a teleconference line, so clients can call in from anywhere to be a part of the group.

Melody, my coach,
She connected my outer goals with my inner purpose, with what I want to express, with who I am. In the dialogues we created in each session, I started seeing what the most important values are in my life with greater clarity. She became the vast space where I can reveal myself freely and dream the impossible without fear. She helped me to rediscover my hidden talents which I had forgotten or didn't even realize where already within me.
